Louis Ravn joins DALOSS as Research Assistant

Louis Ravn is an early career researcher interested in critical social studies of digital technology. His most recent research draws on qualitative methods and the sociology of expectations to investigate the current hype around synthetic data for AI. Before that, he has written on the theme of traceability within sociotechnical systems. He recently obtained a master’s degree in science and technology studies (STS) from the University of Edinburgh and has previously worked as a student assistant on the ethics and politics of data reuse at the Copenhagen Business School.
