Activity: Talk or presentation types › Lecture and oral contribution
Arshia Eghbali - Speaker
The oldest university city in Europe, Bologna has a longstanding history of student presence as a form of "temporary citizenship" within its boundaries. The ways in which students inhabit the city today, both in the public and the domestic spheres, are constantly shaping and being shaped by this urban culture. This paper explores the everyday fabric of student life in Bologna through insights from an extensive ethnographic fieldwork.
