How to apply for a PhD

This invitation addresses candidates, who wish to know more about PhD studies at Department of Arts and Cultural Studies before responding to the current call for applications (Notice of PhD scholarships at the Department of Arts and Cultural Studies).
You are invited to a conversation with members of the academic staff Holger Schulze and Karen Vedel + a current PhD student at the department.
The zoom-meeting takes place on 6 January 2022 at 15:00-16:00.
In this conversation we are happy to inform all interested applicants about the format, the goals, requirements, and the process regarding an application for our PhD programme.
We will cover the following areas:
- Working as a PhD student
- Research at IKK
- Application & recruiting process
- How to design a strong PhD project?
Moreover: we are happy to answer all ’non-disciplinary’ questions regarding the application and the application process.
