To go with the flow and to produce it? The P3 Head of music's work in practice

This article draws on ethnographic research made in the years 2015-16 around the Head of Music on the Danish youth radio channel P3. Beside looking into contemporary practices of selecting and programming music for the channel, the article discuss the notion of agency in networks.
