My research interests are situated at the intersections of gender and sexuality, aesthetic theory, and contemporary politics of crisis and attrition. Research topics include feminist critiques of work, notions of care and reproduction, and queer and trans politics and cultural production. My current PhD project revolves around the ambiguous role of pleasure in contemporary trans/queer art and activism.

In addition, I am working on translating cultural anthropologist Gayle S. Rubin’s essay “Thinking Sex: Notes for a Radical Theory of the Politics of Sexuality” (1984) into Danish.
